Two of the major issues facing our society are Good Education and Unemployment.
For these reason we are trying to set up infrastructure for chess in
Stepping forward on this way Chess Activity Centre is organizing ‘Train-the-Trainers’ workshop in 6th to 10th April 2010 at The International Centre Goa, Dona Paula. This workshop will be foundation for unemployed youth/KG/Primary teachers/Secondary Teachers/Higher Secondary Teachers and also for house views.
Participants of this workshop will able to give preliminary knowledge of chess to KG/Praimary students. They will able to start their own chess activity unit and for this Chess Activity Centre will provide support, this will also help others elder students to practice and increase their chess skills.
All this individual units will be very useful to conduct monthly practice chess tournaments in their areas, and this will help children immensely . With the help of all, there could be Job opportunity for one in 100 to 150 students..
Chess Activity Centre will regularly conduct chess workshops and tournaments exclusively for participants these workshop to give boost to their chess skill .
